Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

For health and safety reasons, opened tea products cannot be returned.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
